Le SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel a été le premier gel isotonique au monde à fournir un apport facile à digérer et rapide en glucides énergétiques pendant l'entraînement. Le gel a été spécialement conçu pour être consommé sans eau et minimise le risque de sensation de ballonnement qui se produit parfois lorsque l'on boit trop de liquide. Un paquet de gel fournit 22 grammes de glucides.

Avantages du SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel
L'une des principales causes de la fatigue pendant l'entraînement est l'épuisement des réserves de glucides. Il est bien connu que des glucides supplémentaires pendant l'entraînement améliorent les performances et le temps de course et retardent l'apparition de la fatigue. Grâce à sa formule isotonique, le gel se vide rapidement de l'estomac, car aucun liquide ne doit être formé pour diluer le gel dans l'estomac, ce qui permet de fournir rapidement de l'énergie. Les gels énergétiques isotoniques SiS GO sont extrêmement pratiques et peuvent être transportés sans effort, sans bouteilles encombrantes.
Utilisation :
Pendant un entraînement d'endurance, consomme 1 à 3 gels par heure afin de maximiser les taux d'utilisation des glucides. Tu peux également prendre un gel au milieu d'un entraînement répété de haute intensité (comme le football ou le rugby) pour reconstituer rapidement tes réserves de glycogène.
Ce produit ne doit pas être utilisé comme substitut d'une alimentation équilibrée et variée et doit être consommé dans le cadre d'un mode de vie sain. Conserver au frais et au sec. Veille à ne pas dépasser la date de péremption.
