GU Roctane Ultra Endurance Energy Gel ist die Premium-Energiequelle für ambitionierte Ausdauerathleten. Das einzigartige Gel enthält alle Zutaten des Energy Gels in höheren Dosen und weitere Inhaltsstoffe wie den Aminosäuren-Komplex OKG. Roctane ist damit ideal für alle Marathonläufer, Triathleten und andere Extremsportler.

Im Standard-GU-Gel sind mit einem perfekten Mix aus komplexen und einfachen Kohlenhydraten, Elektrolyten, der exklusiven GU-Aminosäuren-Mischung und Koffein alle Zutaten für die Energieversorgung während des Ausdauersports enthalten.

Roctane Anwendungstipps:

Es empfiehlt sich der Verzehr eines Gels 15 Minuten vor der Belastung und dann alle 45 Minuten während des Sports. Zusätzlich sollten pro Stunden 750 bis 1000 ml Flüssigkeit getrunken werden.
